Age Requirement
Pleasure is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 17 are not permitted to use this application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pleasure app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Transfer your license to any other person
Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases
Pleasure offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional vibration patterns and features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of service.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact Apple Support.
Intellectual Property
The Pleasure app, including its design, graphics, vibration patterns, and all associated content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
